InTechnology takes its approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) very seriously: we believe it means more than just giving money to charities. It is about supporting our local community, encouraging our staff to volunteer, looking after and helping to develop our staff and caring for the environment.

Local community and charities

Last year, the staff at InTechnology took part in many fundraising events for numerous local and national charities, including Macmillan Cancer Support and Saint Michael's Hospice. Staff are encouraged to participate in as much fundraising as possible, and we support them in their charitable actions, donating towards their causes wherever possible.


Our staff are the backbone of InTechnology. We constantly review our operations to ensure our employees' health and wellbeing needs are addressed. We do this in many ways, including offering counselling, personal development and coaching. We also work with My Possible Self, a local social enterprise focused on delivering a spectrum of emotional health and wellbeing services for individuals and organisations. As a company, we are extremely focused on the development of our personnel as we believe that without constant staff development, we would not be able to address the demands of our client base. We have a continuous training program in place, and all staff are encouraged to further their education and expand their knowledge. InTechnology Academy and Apprenticeship
