“A great atmosphere and a real sense of team work”
Moving back up to Yorkshire from London in 2015, I was keen to find a role in a fun and dynamic organisation. I wasn’t disappointed with my decision to join Inhealthcare. There’s a great atmosphere and a real sense of team work and we’re all hugely passionate about the difference we are making to people’s lives. We’re helping people live more independently and that genuinely gives you that extra bit of job satisfaction.
“An exciting challenge and an opportunity to develop my skills”
I joined Inhealthcare in 2016 after 13 years in the NHS within IT project management, training and service delivery. The best thing for me about working at Inhealthcare has been the autonomy and the trust afforded to me. Being given the freedom to shape the way Inhealthcare deploys to its NHS customers has been both an exciting challenge and an opportunity to develop my skills. Whilst I may be a former NHS colleague, I’m still very passionate about our NHS and the benefits our technology can deliver to both staff and patients.
“real sense of camaraderie”
“I started my career with the company in 2014 in the HR Department however I have recently decided to explore a different career path and have joined the Business Development team at Inhealthcare. One of the main reasons that I enjoy working for the company is that there is a real sense of camaraderie between the departments which you don’t tend to get in larger organisations. It’s refreshing to know that you’re not just a number at work, but an individual who is valued and respected. I also enjoy the feel good factor that comes with working in the healthcare industry as you know that the services you’re working on have the ability to change people’s lives for the better and have a real positive impact on the public’s health and wellbeing.”
